This is not an asynchronous, theory-focused course.
From the very first session, you coach! Like learning to drive, you cannnot drive a car from theory alone – professional coaching means you have to DO it! The course is live, online, and deeply interactive — and you will be able to try everything out immediately on your own learners, making the learning impactful from Day 1. Theory and practice are inseparable here. Every concept is applied in real coaching conversations, from the very beginning.

Specially designed course to naturally buildup the NL Coaching process
The course moves through three connected phases:
Part 1 — Introduction to Professional Coaching
You discover what professional coaching actually means — the ICF principles, core competencies, active listening, powerful questioning, and coaching conversations. This builds up the foundational coaching conversations that are transported into the language coaching arena. From session one, you are earning by doing in a very practical way!
Part 2 — Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence
You are introduced to the research on how the brain learns, reacts and changes — and how to use this knowledge to create sessions where language truly sticks. You learn how to coach around emotional triggers, learning difficulties or learning preferences.
Part 3 — Neurolanguage Coaching® Skills
You integrate everything into the Neurolanguage Coaching process – a unique approach with a hallmark first session and then the tailored ongoing sessions and goal review. This integrates the neuroscience, the coaching principles and language expertise to blend together into a completely transformed new way of working with every learner. No two learners will ever have the same programme!
