From Doubting Thomas to Neurolanguage Coach

“When I first heard about Neurolanguage Coaching®, I’ll admit it — I was skeptical. I was a real doubting Thomas. “Coaching through neuroscience? How different can it really be from teaching?” I thought. But something inside me said: give it a chance.
That small step completely changed my professional — and personal — life. Through Rachel Paling’s course, I discovered a whole new way of connecting with learners. Most of teachers have been probably using similar ways of sharing knowledge, but we missed certain points that this course gives. With this structure the students or the clients become the focus of the session and we are able to reassure them of their fears while putting the smiles on their faces. Somehow along the way it wasn’t about teaching English anymore — it became about transforming minds.
I learned how to build trust, awaken motivation, and create learning spaces where progress feels natural, personal, and empowering. Rachel’s warmth, wisdom, and genuine passion guided my colleagues (fantastic group of individuals) and me every step of the way. She doesn’t just teach — she models what it means to be a true coach: empathetic, curious, and neuroscience-informed.
Thank you, Rachel, for opening my eyes to what language learning — and human connection — can truly be.”
