“Through the training provided by ELC (Efficient Language Coaching®) on Neurolanguage Coaching®, I realized why I enjoyed learning, especially foreign languages. I acquired the tools to assist others in their learning journeys and can help them turn it into a enjoyable process. This training was a true eye-opener. It introduced me to a warmhearted form of coaching, where each learner is acknowledged and recognized as unique. I learned to always ensure that the coachee remains in a safe and positive environment, which is crucial for effective learning. One of my biggest takeaways from this course, is how to guide the learners towards their true motivation (motivision) But the training was also an incredible journey shared with teachers from around the world. I was thrilled to meet them each time and see their smiling, friendly faces. I eagerly looked forwards to our sessions in the breakout rooms, where we could practice hands-on and help each other grow as coaches. I am deeply grateful to Rachel Paling and her team for paving the way to exciting new adventures into brain-friendly communication and I highly recommend this course, which will open doors to a generous community and a new way of helping others grow.”
