Certified and Accredited Neurolanguage Coach (ELC Language Coaching Certification)

Language expert who has successfully completed the ELC Language Coaching Certification (LCC) course which combines the principles, structure and standards of Professional Coaching with the principles of Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and Psychology – adapting the learning process to be brain friendly and personalised to the learner or learners. Course attendees must complete 36 hours of Language Coaching training.
Certificates are only awarded once the prospective Neurolanguage Coach has submitted their final assessment which involves the recording of an actual session with a learner.
Final assessments are completed after the course has taken place and, for that reason, it can take an average of 3 months for assessments to be submitted and then verified and approved before full certification and accreditation is awarded.
This course is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) with 30 Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) hours, plus 6 hours of Resource Development. The course has a very well-balanced ratio of theory and practice with a high degree of active coaching, so you instantly come into practical coaching and “learning by doing”. It is also accredited by the UK CPD Standards Board

Language expert who has successfully completed the Advanced ELC language Coaching Certification course which combines the principles, structure and standards of Professional Coaching with the principles of Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and psychology adapting the learning process to be brain friendly and personalised to the learner or learners.
The Advanced coach has added a coaching toolkit comprising of coaching models to enhance the learning process and case studies to deepen the practical application of the principles of Neuroscience.
This programme also focuses on group language coaching by incorporating team coaching principles into the learning process. The course reinforces and strengthens coaching competences taking coaches to greater levels of active listening, powerful questions, giving feedback and acting on paralinguistics. In addition it deepens knowledge on Neurolanguage Coaching®
This advanced course aims to consolidate and develop even further the skills of a Neurolanguage Coach®, giving more professionalism to the whole process.
This course provides 18 hours of ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) units, plus 6 hours of resource development.
The Advanced Neurolanguage Coach has completed 60 hours of Language Coaching training and could also use the ICF credits as part of the portfolio application to become an ICF ACC credentialed coach.

Language expert who has successfully completed the ELC Professional language Coaching Certification course which combines the principles, structure and standards of Professional Coaching with the principles of Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and psychology adapting the learning process to be brain friendly and personalised to the learner or learners.
The Professional coach has added knowledge about coaching models, culture and language strategy to enhance the learning process and be a specialised language consultant and more in-depth knowledge about the principles of Neuroscience.
This programme focuses on not only reinforcing the whole approach and method of Neurolanguage Coaching, but also deepens knowledge in neuroscience and the practical application of neuroscientific principles during the learning process, even to integrating cultural aspects. It touches upon bolder coaching approaches and also how to give constructive and positive feedback. This course aims to consolidate and develop even further the skills of the Advanced Neurolanguage Coach, giving a higher edge of professionalism to the whole process and potentially preparing the Professional Neurolanguage Coach to become a teacher trainer of Neurolanguage Coaching.
The Professional Neurolanguage Coach has completed 76 hours of Language Coaching training.

Neurolanguage coach who has successfully completed the Neurolanguage coaching in Action course brings the principles, structure and standards of Professional Coaching with the principles of Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and Psychology into the ongoing coaching sessions so that these sessions become more impacting and effective for the learning.
Certificates and accreditation are awarded upon successful completion of the course. This course is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) with 15 Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) hours. The course is extremely practical with a high degree of active coaching, so you instantly come into the practical coaching around actions and activities for language learning.
