The PACT PQC Model and Coaching in Action

Teaching Grammar Without a Textbook
In traditional classrooms, grammar often comes from a book. In Neurolanguage Coaching®, it comes from coaching conversations.
That’s where the PACT PQC coaching model, created by Rachel Paling, comes in. This model empowers neurolanguage coaches to guide learners through grammar areas using brain-friendly conversations.
Instead of overwhelming learners with rules and memorization, we help them:
💬 Explore grammatical concepts in a logical, personalized way
💬 Use real-life examples from their own context
💬 Talk about grammar naturally, as part of language—not a separate topic
We don’t “teach” grammar. We live it in our sessions. And because we use coaching tools throughout, the learner is always part of the process—not a passive recipient.
This aligns with how the brain learns: through patterns, associations, context, and repetition.
And it doesn’t stop there.
Throughout the journey, Neurolanguage Coaches continuously reflect, adapt, and adjust. We “dance in the moment,” as coaching philosophy says – responding to what the learner needs, wants, and feels in real time.
